Sustainable Building Forum
The Sustainable Building Forum has been founded to provide a focus on sustainable building practices. There is already a great deal of activity in sustainable building in the Bath, but no group has yet existed to take advantage of these skills in a coherent way.

Travel Plans
Helping local companies to encourage them to include provisions for more sustainable modes of transport to and from work for their staff.

University Residences Recycling Projects
Students at the universities of Bristol and Bath are benefiting from extensive recycling facilities to help to solve the country's waste problem.

A Community Café is now up and running 11am - 5pm every Tuesday at the Southdown Methodist Church Centre on the Hollow in Southdown.

New, weekly after-school drop-in sessions for both children and adults to learn how to cook fresh, healthy food.

Safer Routes to School
Helping schools to develop safe routes to enable pupils to walk and cycle to school safely, encouraging use of public transport and finding ways of sharing or reducing car use for the school run.

Sustainability Forum
The Sustainability Forum was set up in the summer of 2000 and represents a partnership between Somer residents in the B&NES area, Envolve and Somer Community Housing Trust.

Walking out on Stress
A series of eight walks has been devised by Envolve.

Welton Vale Green Team
A group of local residents were concerned about their local environment, so they contacted Envolve. The idea of planting a small native woodland was born and the group of residents became Welton Vale Green Team.

Your Car
Establishing and supporting a car club which gives people access to a conveniently located car at an hourly charge when they need it, enabling them to use other modes of transport for more of their journeys without the pressure and cost of having to keep a car all year round.
