THINK ABOUT ... Reducing the amount of that you consume in the first place, for example, by buying less over-packaged goods or using reusable nappies for your baby.
Reusing things where possible, for example, saving plastic bags for shopping, using yoghurt cartons for growing seeds in or using unwanted CDs as drinks coasters.
Recycling where you can, for example, composting your garden and kitchen waste or returning glass and cans to bottle banks. |

rethink rubbish
Rethink Rubbish is a partnership of organisations in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) which want to raise awareness of the importance of reducing waste, reuse and recycling. Many of them provide useful services (see below).
We want to encourage everyone to consider how they dispose of their rubbish every day and start to take responsibility for it. The organisations that form the partnership provide many useful services to help you.
