He's now awoken and is ready to visit your school.
To help him out in school he comes with a class set of the book Scrapman by Carolyn Bear. This tells the story of his creation and his adventures using these to bring across the 'reduce, reuse, recycle' message. His engaging style of speech is an excellent starting point for teaching about literacy. Along with the class set of books Scrapman also comes with a teachers pack and a 'big book' version of the story.
Scrapman may be borrowed for a period of up to 2 weeks by any B&NES primary or infant school.
